There's always something to do in Muskoka and a stay at Serenity Muskoka puts you in the perfect place to enjoy it all.

Gravenhurst is home to some spectacular events including an impressive classic car show each summer and weekly cruise nights. If you prefer life on the water, the annual antique and classic boat show draws the best boats for miles while the new Grace & Speed Heritage Museum takes you on a tour of historic Muskoka boating or take a cruise on the waters of Lake Muskoka aboard a steamship built in 1887.
Back on dry land, Muskoka is home to a vibrant arts scene featured prominently in the many local galleries and both the Muskoka Lakes Spring Art Tour and Fall Studio Tour. Take in the sights at the annual Dockside Festival of the Arts, weekly Farmer's Market, or at one of the countless Arts & Crafts shows thorughout the area. And after a busy day, take in some of the full season of theatrical and musical performances at the Gravenhurst Opera House or the Music on the Barge concert series.

If that's not enough, enjoy a tour of the Muskoka Lakes Winery or stop by the Bala Cranberry festival. Or for the adventurous, get up close and personal with the animals at the Muskoka Wildlife Centre. If history's your thing, we're mere moments from the Bethune Memorial House or take the Gravenhurst historical mural tour. And while you're at it, stop by some of our peaceful downtown shops and the new Muskoka Wharf.

For the active, Muskoka offers some spectacular canoeing and kayaking on our many area lakes as well as phenomenal hiking trails and some of the best mountain biking in the country mere minutes away. Golf your best round at one of our fabulous local courses or take the day to relax and go fishing or even go ice-fishing. Winter opens the door to some great cross-country and downhill skiing or tubing and the curling season is in full swing.
