We are located in Downtown Merida in historical San Juan just three blocks from main plaza, and bus stations.

The house has eight very cosy custom decorated rooms each with private bath and quiet air units.

Relax at our tranquil gardens and our beautiful colonial style decorated house.
We speak English and Spanish

You will be personally attended by the owners.

The house is decorated in remembrance of the past it has original hand painted floors with beautiful patterns, high ceiling and hand painted stencils throughout the house.

We offer continental breakfast witch consist of freshly brewed coffee or tea, a bowl of fresh fruit salad and freshly squeezed orange juice accompanied with a basket of Mexican bread and toast.

The house is surrounded with gardens and our own papaya and banana tree, it has a back sitting area where you can relax and enjoy the breeze.

You will feel just like home and will receive personalized attention from the owners.
We also have a computer you can use to check you e-mail located in the living room.
Sacnicte is a Mayan name for white or moonflower. All rooms are named by Mayan flowers. So do expect a flower theme all over the house.

All our rooms are unique, wrought iron bed frame with cotton linens. Brand new bathrooms in every room, very clean, with cold and hot water.

We have two very large double rooms located in the second floor each with there own private balcony where you can enjoy the view of the city.
