Room rates range from only $65 per night to $115 per night, plus tax. Holiday rates are $10 additional per night. Special stay 7 nights get one free (not during holidays).

We are famous for our delicious full course breakfasts and down home atmosphere. Each suite has recently been redecorated and come equipped with cable tv, refrigerators, microwaves, dvd players, and coffee pots.

You will love the wonderful clean air and ocean breeze as you relax in the Jacuzzi and watch magnificent sunsets. Sunbathe on the beach, swim or play in the waves of the clean Gulf waters or just relax and read a book. We have an extensive library of dvd's for your viewing pleasure (over 300) and you can catch up on your favourite series like 24, Sex and The City, we have all the episodes.

For your nightlife there are local Mexican bars, several have live music where you can dance.

This area of Mexico is noted for safety and the crime rate is relatively very low and you can feel comfortable walking around any time of the day or night without fear. The people here are extremely friendly and always willing to help if you can pass the communication language barrier.

Some area attractions which you can have guided tours are: Chicheniza, Ixmal, Dzbichaltun, Flamingo Reserves, and Cenotes.

There are local buses w/ac that can take you from Progreso to Merida for a few Pesos for sightseeing adventures in that very cosmopolitan city which is the state capitol.
Merida has a lot of culture and some really fine outstanding restaurants.
