The fishing here is simply awesome. Our lakes are well stocked with a variety of coarse fish including roach, perch, tench, bream, with carp to 22lb and catfish to 37lb.

We are just 3 miles from the historic market town of Woburn. Here you are able to visit the magnificent Woburn Abbey, Safari Park or even play a round of golf on one of the three world famous courses.
