We are a four bedroom semi-detached Edwardian house situated only a ten minute walk from the centre of this historic city.

There is easy access from M11 and A14 and we are ideally situated for the Cambridge science Park, all of the colleges, and all of the other attractions that Cambridge has to offer. We are located only a half mile to the north of the city centre, a 10 minute walk along the river cam into the town. If you want to eat and drink without walking that far there are several excellent pubs/restaurants only 2 minutes away on foot.

We are listed in the Guardian bed and breakfast guide for 2008 and one of only 4 in the whole of Cambridge to be so listed

We have 4 full en-suite rooms. One of the rooms is a large family room that can sleep 4/5 people, with full Ensuite facilities We have a 4 star quality grading
The house is non smoking

All rooms have flat screen LCD TV with freeview, tea and coffee making facilities and are furnished to a good standard of comfort
All rooms have unlimited access to wireless internet via a passkey

All rates are inclusive of full English breakfast.
We also uniquely offer free local and national telephone calls, for 5 minutes maximum.

We have adequate parking for 4 cars immediately outside the front of the house with more off road parking in the immediate vicinity.
All rooms are double/twin No single rooms at all.
