It is a non-working Victorian Farmhouse, set in a rural position yet close to the A38 making it an ideal base for touring Devon and Cornwall. Historic Plymouth Barbican and Plymouth Hoe are approx. 5 miles away.

St Mellion Golf and Country Club is also approx. 5 miles, whilst China Fleet Golf and Country Club is within walking distance.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable with hot and cold water in each room.
There is a fully equipped kitchen for guest's use.
A good English breakfast is served.
Parking is off road.

Mill Park House adopts a non-smoking policy throughout the house.

Guests can sit in the spacious grounds and enjoy the gardens.

There is a lounge and kitchen for guest use. The Eden project is a half hour drive away. There is a summer ferry service from the Saltash waterside over to the Plymouth Barbican, taking in views of Mount Edgecombe Country Park and the dockyard at Devonport.

Plymouth offers excellent shopping with the newly opened Drake shopping Mall. The nightlife is bustling with clubs, pubs and restaurants.

The sandy beaches at Whitsand Bay are approx a half hour drive away with excellent fishing and bathing. Also about a half hour away are the holiday villages of Looe and Polperro, offering fishing and sightseeing trips from the working harbour around the coast where you may spot a seal or catch some fish if your lucky.

We are close enough to the A38 to be used as a base for exploring Devon and Cornwall with Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor a short drive away.
