High Quality, warm and friendly accommodation, in a sympathetically restored Victorian House. Fell House is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, just 2 minutes from the Main Street with all the shops, restaurants, public houses, information centre super market and bus station.

Fell House is also close to Derwentwater and surrounding Fells. Local parks offer pitch and putt, crazy golf, tennis and the local Cricket Field voted the most picturesque in England on many occasions.

The world famous Pencil Factory and local Spa. We have very high standards, with en-suite and economy rooms to suite all budgets, each room has CTV C/H Hospitality tray and wonderful views of the surrounding Fells.

In our spacious breakfast room we serve a Full English or Vegetarian/Vegan option. Parking can be a problem so we have Off Street Parking.

Having lived in the area for many years we are very happy to pass on any information that will help you to enjoy your stay at Fell House, for example where to eat, where to visit, where to avoid on busy days.

The nearest Railway Station is at Penrith with a very good bus service to Keswick.
Travelling by car Junction 40 of the M6, head west on the A66 until you reach the second roundabout (approx 17 miles). Ignore any signs for Keswick before this. Turn left and follow the road to a T-junction and turn left again. After 400 yards go straight over the mini roundabout and Stanger Street is then 50 yards on the left.
