Marsden Mount is a lovely country house situated in Maresfield Park, which is a private estate, originally owned by the Shelley family in the 1800s. Maresfield is just 30 miles from Gatwick and 15 miles from Newhaven and the ferry to France. The coastal towns of Brighton and Eastbourne are 20 miles away and the historical towns of Lewes and Royal Tunbridge Wells are just a short drive away.

The property is ideally situated for providing accommodation for guests attending weddings &other functions at the very popular local country mansions - Ashdown Park Hotel, Buxted Park, Horsted Place and Newick Park.

The Bedrooms

All three bedrooms are situated on the first floor, overlooking the beautiful landscaped gardens, and are approached via a traditionally panelled hall, stairway and landing. Each room has been individually decorated and has central heating, double-glazing and either an en-suite or private shower/bathroom.

There is also a colour TV and video, ceiling fan, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. An iron and ironing board are available on request.
