Millifont Guest house

A warm welcome waits at the Millifont Guest House. We are a family run guesthouse that has been in Hastings for 20 years. Many of our comfortable rooms have recently been completely refurbished and redecorated.
Children are welcome, and we have high chairs and a travel cot.

A full cooked breakfast is included in your stay, with cereals, orange juice, tea/coffee.
Plus a 7 item breakfast.
Vegetarian options are also included in the menu.

The local resorts of Rye, Camber and Winchelsea are 20 to 30 minutes away and provide an interesting day out.

Hastings has a wonderful Old town with many attractive and historic buildings. There is a beach launched fishing fleet in the Old town and fresh local markets.
There are two funicular railways that connect the Old Town to the East and West Hills, these lifts are the steepest in the country.

There is a wide choice of excellent places to eat out in Hastings and in the surrounding towns of Battle, Eastbourne and Rye.

Through out the year there are numerous events in Hastings that make it a great place to stay, even if it's for the one night.
One of the largest is Old town week, which ends with a carnival and splendid fireworks.

There is also Hasting week in the first week of October, this ends with a large bonfire procession through the streets of the town, and attracts bonfire society members from around the region.

The most famous location nearby is the historic town of Battle, where the famous battle in 1066 took place. You can walk around the Abbey, there is also a new visitor centre with interactive information.
