A warm welcome awaits you at our lovely Edwardian family home. This elegant and comfortably luxurious B&B which has recently been extended and refurbished to a very high standard. Set in an acre of beautiful gardens overlooking the Humber Bridge, the 'Wolds Way' path runs between the river and the end of the garden .
All rooms are spacious, tastefully furnished and decorated with central heating, tea/coffee making and colour TV's.

A delightful ground floor bedroom suitable for wheelchair access or for anyone who has difficulty with the stairs is now completed.

Payphone, fridge & microwave all available for guest use.

Our B&B is a short stroll into the village of Hessle where you will find shops, churches, eateries and pubs around the square.

We are located 2 minutes from Hessle Railway Station and we are also close to the A63 and A164.

Hull city centre is a 10 minute drive away and Beverley approximately 15 minutes. Leeds and York are both approximately 45 minutes away.

Also close by the coastal resorts of Hornsea and Bridlington and the National Nature Reserve at Spurn Point. This makes our location an ideal touring base for exploring the East Riding of Yorkshire.

Our aim to offer excellent value for money and an above average personal service for the discerning traveller/business client. Having been awarded 4 Stars by Visit Britain Quality in Tourism and attracting a high percentage of repeat business we believe we do this admirable.
