Tythe House B&B
Tythe House lies within a stones throw of the Norman Church of Frampton and the open fields across to the River Severn.
Tythe House is situated in a quiet location, there is ample off road parking.
Frampton on Severn is one of Gloucestershire's best kept villages, with it's twenty-two acre village green, reputedly England's longest and it's Norman Church, standing on the banks of the Gloucester to Sharpness canal, with the River Severn beyond.
Timbered houses rub shoulders with thatched cottages throughout the length of the village, whilst the imposing Frampton Court and the 15th Century Manor House overlook the green.
There is a well stocked village shop, Post Office and two pubs both of which serve food and other good eating places nearby.
It's proximity to the A38 and the M5 motorway makes Frampton an ideal choice as a holiday venue, or a stopover for the traveller.
Frampton is an ideal base from which to watch the famous 'Severn bore' with it's spectacular tidal wave.
Within a short drive lie the Cotswolds, the Royal Forest of Dean and many tourist attractions.
Other local places of interest include, The Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust at Slimbridge, Westonbirt Arboretum, Gloucester Docks and Berkeley Castle.
