Family room with en-suite shower room, with double bed and additional beds on request.
Two single/double/twin rooms with en-suite shower-rooms. Cot available on request.

All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryers, access to irons and boards, colour televisions, and radio/alarms. There is off street parking, and storage for bicycles.

Children are welcome, but there is no smoking and we cannot accommodate pets.

Village Facilities
The Phoenix Pub serves food up to 9pm, and a coffee shop and general store, at the Village Post Office, are 5 minutes' walk away. There are other restaurants within 5 minutes' drive.

Gardens:
The gardens occupy over an acre with an extensive vegetable garden, shrub and herbaceous borders. There is a mulberry tree as old as the house, and a formal herb garden. There is a swimming pool and trampoline which may be used (at own risk).
There is a summer house of the same period as the house, noted for being the place where Benjamin Franklin wrote his autobiography while visiting the owner, Jonathon Shipley, Bishop of Llandaff and St Asaph.

There is easy access to the watermeadows from the house, for those wishing to venture further.

Single room £40 per night
Double room £65 per night
Twin room £70 per night
Family room £75 & £20 for each additional bed up to 4 people.
Children: £10 baby, £15 children up to 12yrs. All prices include breakfast.

Access
On arriving at village signs turn right into drive immediately opposite Bourne Lane, just beyond bus-stop. Turn left, under arch and drive until you can go no further and park in front of the house.
