Swanton Lodge Bed & Breakfast is situated in a small hamlet along the top of the North Downs mid-way between the M2 and M20 motorways, allowing quick and easy access to anywhere in the southeast of England. Quiet out of village position with ample parking.

Designed specifically with the business traveller in mind, we are only two miles from Kent Science Park, Sittingbourne is four miles, Maidstone eight miles and the Medway Towns are accessed easily from the M2/A2. Canterbury is approximately 25 miles.

We offer two 2 luxury double rooms (double bed) each with ensuite shower/bath, free wireless broadband, ample desk working space and large flat screen tv with Freeview, tea/coffee making facilities and room cooling.

There is a good choice of local village pubs for evening dining, all within a ten minute drive. Our 'local' is only a ten minute walk should you not feel like taking the car.

Leeds Castle ('the loveliest castle in the world') is only a 10 minute drive. Detling Showground, the Kent County Showground, is within a 15 minute drive. The Bredgar & Wormshill Light Railway (2' Narrow Gauge steam railway) is a quarter of a mile. They open on the first Sunday of every month from Easter to October.

We welcome weekend guests all year round, but no children under 12 please.

A cooked breakfast of your choice is available at a time to suit you or you can select a lighter choice. This is our home and we offer a friendly relaxed atmosphere with a home from home feeling. Some guests stay for months at a time because it's cost effective and homely. We know you will find us a great base for your work or leisure and we look forward to hearing from you and having you stay.

Room Rate £55 per night for single occupancy and £75 for double occupancy. We offer special rates for long-term stays.
