We are located 6 miles south of the elegant Georgian spa town of Royal Tunbridge wells with its impressive shopping facilities. 25 minutes from the historic towns of Battle, Hastings and 1066 country. Close to all major routes to London and cross channel routes to Europe.

Easy access to M25 and 40 minutes from Gatwick. Hopgarden House is also available as a whole for Weekly Holiday Lets and would easily suit 1-2 families as sleeps 7-8 comfortably or Short Term Rental ideal for relocating or in between home moves, please enquire for rates.

Eating out: There are several nice pubs in Lamberhurst it's a 5 minute walk into the village. There are several country pubs which serve excellent food, The Brown Trout & The Swan are on the Green, a 15 minute walk and are especially recommended and 3 miles away at Cousley Wood is the Vine again serving excellent food and all cater for children.

Local Attractions: There are many interesting places to visit in the vicinity Bewl Water, Lamberhurst Vineyard and Scotney Castle are only 15 minutes walk. Chartwell the home of Winston Churchill is 30 minutes drive. If you have a car Sissinghurst Castle, Hever Castle, Squerryes Court, Ightham Mote, Knole, Emmetts Gardens, Bedgebury National Pinetum are easy journeys. More great places of interest are Batemans, Bodiam Castle, Smallhythe Place, and Stoneacre. Local walks are excellent there is a public footpath a few yards from the front door for walks and nature lovers in the surrounding countryside.

Public Transport: Trains from Tunbridge Wells to the centre of London and the South Coast are very frequent from Tunbridge Wells MLS. Tonbridge Station is a 20 minute drive and will take you to the Heart of Kent Villages and Ashford International Station.

There is a regular bus service the 256 from Tunbridge Wells to Lamberhurst and into Local villages like Wadhurst & Frant.
