The Cross Guest House

Following renovation from an old pub, finished in august 2006, we have 4 fantastic rooms that will make your stay a joy. All of our rooms have external doors so you have the freedom to come and go as you please. All rooms are very large and finished to a very high standard.

We cater for singles, doubles, twin rooms and families. We have a purpose built elderly and disabled friendly room with a fully fitted en suite wet room.

We have plenty of parking on site.

We also offer a wide choice of breakfast with all of our ingredients sourced locally. We offer a pack lunch option if you are heading for the beach, or fancy a day out without the hassle of hunting for quality food.

We are within a mile of Mablethorpe town, and 2 fantastic beaches. Skegness and Louth are within a 30 minute drive.

Prices start from £25 per night per person, with children under 5 staying for free. Children between 5 and 15 pay £15 per night.

We offer a 3 night stay where you get the third night for half price, even if its over a weekend (does not apply at bank holidays).

We are open all year round and at most times will accommodate a single nights stay.

We have a caravan site attached to our guest house, so if you fancy a few nights away with friends that have a caravan we are the ideal choice.

We do get a lot of people that come and stay in caravans that normally have to put elderly parents in their awning. With us the parents can stay in our elderly/disabled friendly room and you get to have the caravan to yourselves. if you wish you can all come and enjoy a great full English each morning.
