Manor Guest house is situated in a quiet area which helps provide a peaceful and comfortable stay, there are however regular transport links into Liverpool City Centre very close by and a train journey is just 10 minutes into the centre but for those who wish to remain local there are several pubs and restaurants in the area as well as many convenient amenities.

We are also closely situated to Aintree Racecourse where the Grand National is held each year and for other sporting events we are in close proximity to both Liverpool and Everton football grounds and there is also Bootle golf course which is just a short distance away and opposite a recently opened £6 million sports centre.

We offer a pick-up service for those who need collection from either Liverpool airport or train station; this can be arranged when making a booking.

All of our rooms are en-suite and recently re-furbished. Each room features TV/DVD player, freeview and tea & coffee making facilities.

Our rooms come in a variety of single, twin, double, triple and family rooms which sleeps four-five people.
Cots can be provided upon request.

We can offer reduced rates for those booking a long-term stay and also for contractors during the week.

Breakfast is served daily in our dining room and we serve a choice of full English breakfast, cereal and vegetarian. Specific orders for breakfast can be given upon booking or check-in, we will always try and cater for individual dietary needs.
