Grove Farm offers bed and breakfast accommodation in the main house. The working farm is situated in the quiet village of Repps with Bastwick only half a mile from Potter Heigham and 5 miles from Hickling broad in the heart of the Broadland National Park.

Grove Farm is surrounded by beautiful Norfolk countryside making an ideal base for exploring and touring the Norfolk Broads. Grove Farm is also close to the seaside resorts of Great Yarmouth, Hemsby, and Caister making it ideal for The Broads and Norfolk Coast.

The 18th century farmhouse Bed and Breakfast Accommodation has been awarded 4 Diamonds by the English Tourism Council it has en-suit guest rooms, which have Tea and Coffee making facilities and a colour television in each, to make your stay comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable.

All the pretty bedrooms are en-suite and have television and a plentifully supplied hostess tray - nothing like being able to make a drink whenever you wish.

Great Breakfast
Breakfast is a feast and free range eggs are used which you can have cooked whatever way you wish. The full English breakfast is a true farmhouse meal but you can have a lighter Continental breakfast if you wish.
