Situated on the edge of the village of Dersingham, this attractive Victorian semi-detached house is only a short walk from the Queen's estate at Sandringham. We provide comfortable bed & breakfast accommodation with an excellent full English breakfast guaranteed to keep you going until lunchtime or beyond. Well-behaved children and dogs are welcome.

St Jude's Bed & Breakfast is ideal for business visitors and holidaymakers alike, being located midway between King's Lynn and the coast. Take a truly relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life visiting the quiet beaches and peaceful countryside of North-West Norfolk. The kids can be entertained in the holiday resort of Hunstanton.

Accommodation comprises of an attractive family room containing a king size and a single bed, a large twin room and a single bedroom. Tea making facilities, TV and radio are available in all rooms. Facilities include a bathroom, on the first floor and a large shower room on the ground floor.

The substantial full English breakfast can generally be served at a time to suit the guests. Many of the ingredients are sourced locally. During the summer, breakfast may be served in the garden.

This picturesque area of north-west Norfolk has miles of heath and woodland walks, ideal for the dog or kids. There are spectacular views across The Wash from the sea cliff at Dersingham Bog Nature Reserve where there are regular sightings of nightjars and golden pheasants. The RSPB reserve at Snettisham is just 10 minutes drive from St. Jude's. During the autumn and winter months, thousands of pink-footed geese can be seen and heard flying overhead between The Wash, where they spend the night and their feeding grounds on the local sugar beet fields. This is one of the great wildlife spectacles.

The beautiful North Norfolk Coast, with its wide sandy beaches and numerous nature reserves, including the renowned RSPB reserve at Titchwell Marsh are a short drive away.

For those guests who prefer sight-seeing, there is a wide choice of stately homes and gardens within an hour's drive, including several National Trust and privately owned properties, as well as various museums.

The family seaside resort of Hunstanton offers plenty to keep the children amused.

There is a good choice of pubs, restaurants and cafes in the locality, as well as a number of takeaway establishments. Within a short walk of St Judes, there are two pubs which serve food, one of which has a large garden suitable for the whole family.

Entrance Hall and Staircase:
There is a low step up at the front door to access the house. There are handrails on both sides of the staircase.

Bathroom: There is one step down into the bathroom. There is two way tap/ shower attachment to which with care, may be used for washing hair and rinsing the bath, but must not be used as a shower. There is a large shower room on the ground floor, which is accessed up 3 steps.

Dining room: Breakfast is served at the large dining table at a time to suit. This can give the opportunity to meet other guests. There is a fine collection of books for the guests to peruse during their stay.
Breakfast may also be served in the garden, weather permitting.

Bedrooms: All rooms are on the first floor.
