The guest house offers a range of accommodation to suit the needs and budget of any traveller. Whether you are exploring Norwich as a tourist, visiting the city on business or attending a conference, the comfortable, peaceful rooms provide a relaxing haven. En suite rooms are available and there are also rooms with shared bathrooms.

There is a brand-new breakfast room with a self-service buffet bar, as well as a stylish and comfortable coffee lounge, in which guests can relax. The coffee lounge can even be reserved for business meetings.

Ground floor rooms are available for those with reduced mobility and anti-allergy laundry and cleaning procedures have been adopted.

The guest house has 20 bedrooms, of which 12 are en suite. There are 3 en suite family rooms with a double bed and a full-size single bed. These rooms can accommodate up to 3 people or can also be used as double or twin rooms. There is also one large en suite family room, which has a double bed plus 2 full-size single beds, this room can accommodate up to 4 people.

There are 6 rooms which share 2 public bathrooms. Each of these rooms contain a vanity unit with a mirror and light. There are 5 standard singles and one standard double room.

A hairdryer, electric fans, heaters and ironing facilities are available on request.

All of the rooms have a TV and the newer rooms have digital Freeview channels.

Breakfast is available from 07:30 to 09:00 on weekdays (Monday to Friday) and from 08:00 to 09:00 on weekends and public holidays.

There is a self-service buffet bar offering fruit juice, a choice of cereals, grapefruit segments, prunes, yoghurts and fruits. The full cooked English breakfast includes grilled bacon, fried egg, mushrooms, tomato, baked beans and sausage. Vegetarian sausages are also available. There is also a choice of brown or white toast with a selection of jams, marmalades and honey. Other options are available on request, but should preferably be requested in advance. A choice of tea or coffee, including speciality teas and decaffeinated coffee, is also available.

Reservation information
Check-in is before 13:00 or between 17:00 and 20:00. If you are due to arrive outside of these hours and would like to check-in at a different time, please contact the guest house using the contact details supplied on your confirmation email.
