You will find us situated in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales near Fountains Abbey, in twenty acres of secluded farmland including a half acre lake.

We provide a sanctuary for nature lovers, bird watchers and ramblers ... as well as for our livestock and abundant wildlife!

In addition to the beauty, peace and tranquillity of the surroundings, our comfortable en-suite rooms all have modern facilities, whilst retaining all the charm and character of our splendid listed farmhouse.

Breakfast with a view is served in our light and airy conservatory dining room.

Each room has its own front door and views of countryside. The 5 ground floor en-suite rooms are very comfortably furnished with pine furniture, comfortable chairs and king sized beds, TV, tea/coffee, and hairdryers. The generous sized bathrooms have a bath and hand shower. One unit consists of 2 bedrooms and is ideal for family use.

Relax on a summers evening in our pretty courtyard. Watch the lambs playing in the fields.

We are surrounded by outstanding places to vist from the dales, and for the little more adventerous Lightwater Valley theme park.
