Barn Cottage Bed & Breakfast offers you comfortable, spacious accommodation with wonderful far reaching rural views, peace and quiet and warm personal attention.

We offer the choice of two charming and luxurious en suite bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with twin beds. When available, we also offer both these rooms for single occupancy.

Both centrally heated rooms have sunny south facing aspects with panoramic views over the Dorset, Devon and Somerset hills.

Both rooms are very comfortably equipped with a lovely hospitality tray including chilled filtered water and fresh milk, colour TV, radio alarm, hairdryer, loads of books, magazines and DVD's and binoculars. The luxurious en-suite bathrooms have a large quadrant shower, soft fluffy towels and lots of nice little pots and potions. There is Wi Fi connection available in the house.

A hearty Barn Cottage breakfast is cooked to order, served as you like it, when you like it. We are good at early breakfasts! We use fresh, delicious locally sourced good quality food. Most is organic.
Vegetarian and special diets can easily be catered for with prior notice.
We now offer packed lunches and a light plated supper.

Woolminstone is a hamlet, centrally situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, close to the Monarch and Liberty Walks. We are happy to collect and drop off along these Walks.

Barn Cottage in the hamlet of Woolminstone, about 2 miles south of Crewkerne along the B3165, off the A30 at Crewkerne.

About ½ hour drive along the B3165 (The Old Lymn Regis Road) and you reach the World Heritage Coastline The Jurassic Coast at Lyme Bay, West Bay, Bridport, Burton Bradstock, Beer, Branscombe and the beautiful South West Coastal Pathway.

We are also about ½ hour drive from Yeovil, Westland's, Street (Clarks Village) Glastonbury and many beautiful Ham Stone Villages and N T properties.

We really are ideally and centrally situated for touring, walking, golf, riding, an over night stop, and a comfortable safe business base. We provide safe off road parking and secure parking for all bikes. We are happy to provide washing / drying facilities should the weather turn nasty!
