A warm and friendly guest house with two doubles, one twin and a single bedroom. We are many peoples first choice for a bed & breakfast in Leek.

We are set in a large Victorian house over 3 floors with large rooms. The house has some history attached to it as it was previously a wealthy mill owners residence.

All rooms comfortably appointed and with TV, and tea and coffee facilities.

Off street parking available and situated along a very quiet private road.

Bedroom 1 - double with en-suite facilities of a power shower and WC. This has just been recently updated and is very bright and airy. The bedroom also has a comfortable sitting area too.

Bedroom 2 - A large double with hand-basin

Bedroom 3 - A large twin room

Bedroom 4 - single room

The house bathrooms are made up of a recently fitted new bathroom with shower and WC, a bathroom with a bath and over bath shower plus a separate WC.

The B&B has been established for over 15 years and has many regular guests that have visited year after year. We have many recommendations.

Continental Breakfast is provided in the dining room.

Leek is a lovely town located on the edge of the peak district. There is easy travel to Buxton and to Alton Towers. Leek has numerous Pubs and restaurants as well as numerous shops. The peak district is wonderful for walking and the roaches situated just out of leek is very popular with rock climbers.

We are centrally located near to Leek bus station, just off South Bank street.
