Ideally located 4 miles east of Bury St Edmunds and 35 minutes from Cambridge.

The Garden Room
In the Garden Room there is a king-size bed and sofa, the view from the windows overlook the courtyard and garden.

It also has French doors, which open onto its own small patio with seating. The Bathroom has a large power shower.

The Dairy
This is a recently converted barn (to a high standard), only a few metres from the house.

Colourfully decorated in blue and yellow. This room can be either a twin bedded or super king-size, it also has exposed beams and many other redeeming features.

The spacious bathroom has an excellent walk-in power shower.

The Blue Room
In the Blue Room you can have twin beds or they can zip-link to a super-king size bed. It is an oak beamed room.

Situated at the rear of the house, overlooking the courtyard and barns. There is a large bathroom with bath.

Ivory Room
Situated at the front of the house this room has views over the Green, and over the huge beech tree.

It has a king-size bed and seating area with sofa. The bathroom is large with a big bath and separate shower.

The Breakfast room is a large dining room, which features an ingklenook fireplace with 12th Century pillars from Bury St. Edmunds Abbey and beamed walls and ceilings.

It overlooks the front garden and beyond to the village Green.

Breakfast is served at individual tables and we also offer dinner by arrangement.
