We are ten minutes from the lovely town of Southwold which is on the coast, divided from Walberswick with its sandy beach, by the River Blyth. Bird-watching at the RSPB reserve at Minsmere is very special. There is much art and music in Suffolk...... with lovely churches to visit, the perennial plant nursery (Woottens) nearby at Wenhaston,
Aldeburgh and Snape are within half an hour by car, lots of restaurnats and pubs offering
gorgeous local fish etc., and so much more!

The farmhouse is Grade II listed and set in two acres of garden and orchard and all the view from the bedrooms overlook this rural part of unspoilt Suffolk with lovely birdsong and grazing rare breed cattle. Pitch black nights and utter calm.

We make your stay very comfortable and
all our rooms have fresh flowers, lovely fabrics and laundered bedlinen and hopefully all that you need for a relaxing stay.

Obviously all rooms have a television and tea, coffee and herbal teas and of course fresh milk.

We have a twin bedroom and double bedroom, both with bathrooms ensuite and a
double bedroom with private bathroom.

Prices from £40 per person - including a wonderful breakfast using only the best local ingredients and home made marmalade and jams, of course!
