Model Farm Bed & Breakfast

The farmhouse is newly built on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Harbury, it offers spacious double bedrooms, with television and freeview in each room. The house is in walking distance of local pubs, convenience stores, pharmacy and a doctors. Breakfast is included.

The bathroom facilities are shared. There is ample parking and pets are welcome (as long as they get on with dogs and cats) and stabling is available if you want to bring your horse with you. There are many local historic attractions and beautiful countryside.

The farmhouse offers a lovely break away and a fantastic base to explore the local area. With the M40 and the Fosseway near by it is easy to access birmingham and the Cotswolds, with the NAC and Gaydon only a short drive away. The farmhouse boasts 14 acres of its own land and has a small herd of cattle and a livery yard.

Local attractions include; Warwick Castle, Kenilworth Castle, Heritage Motor Centre, Chesterton Windmill, Leamington Pump Rooms and Gallery, Charlecote Park, National Agricultural Centre, Royal Priors Shopping centre, Compton Verney, Hatton Country World, Jephsons Gardens, Redwings Rescue Centre, Stoneleigh Abbey, Stoneleigh Park and Warwick University and if that's not enough Birmingham is only a short drive away with all of its own amusements.

And for the race goers there is Stratford and Warwick Racecourse which offer regular days of entertainment! There is also RLS Polo Club with regular tournaments on throughout the summer.
