With fabulous views over gardens and the South Downs and a great garden, where you can enjoy your delicious breakfast whilst reading the morning papers. Or relax in the huge lounge upstairs, with sumptuous sofa's with some tea and homemade shortbread. Whatever your heart desires, at Abelands, nothing is too much trouble.

We will endeavour to do everything we can to ensure your stay meets your expectations.

We also own the local pub nearby that serves delicious evening meals. The pub is stylishly decorated and all the food served is home cooked offering a selection of steaks, fresh fish and many imaginative dishes.

Free transport can be provided there and back on request if the walk is too far for you. We can also provide free pick up's for anyone arriving at the train station

Abelands is situated about a mile outside Chichester and within easy reach of many attractions. We are five minutes drive from Goodwood Racetrack and about ten minutes from the horseracing. The Goodwood sculture park is also only a five minute drive. Beaches are also plentiful within the area; the beautiful West Wittering beach is 4 miles away and is the perfect location to watch the sunset. Bognor Regis is very close by and can be reached in five minutes by car.
