Apple Tree Cottage B&B

We are based between Midhurst and Petworth - very convenient for Goodwood (horseracing/cars), Cowdray (polo), Petworth Park functions. Our proximity to the South Downs also makes this an ideal place for weekend hikes/walks.

Our Bed and Breakfast is located in a separate annex from the house, it is a small oak framed barn.

We can offer you private access (we give you a key for your return at any time) and stock the fridge in the kitchen so you may help yourself to breakfast at your leisure (bread/milk/tea/coffee/fruit juice/cereals/jams)

The bedroom has a kingsize bed and amazing views.

The kitchenette is equipped with toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge.
The large sitting room has a woodburning stove (for winter) sofa, television, dining table and chairs.

Bathroom consists of shower, sink and WC.

We are very happy to allow dogs (by prior arrangement only)

You should be aware that this barn is also a working office from time to time (there is an office desk, cabinets) - it will be vacated for guests before arrival - we just feel you should be aware of the fact that there is office kit inside!
