In the summer we run activity holidays to suit everyone our main activities in the summer are wakeboarding and water-skiing and well renowned for our training camps. But we also run a number of both dry land activities and water based activities that you can choose from. From off road motorcycling exploring the Rila Mountains to Sailing and shooting. We cater for all ages and levels.

Isker Chalet:-
Set in the middle of the National Park this Scandinavian Styled Wood Chalet is the perfect place to stay if you want to get away from it all. 20mins from the slopes, 5mins walk from the lake. It has panoramic views over Lake Isker. It has 4 bedrooms and can cater for up to 8 people comfortably although it can sleep 13.

It has a Sauna and Hot tub on the deck and in the Winter a nice log burning fire. 2 Shower rooms. 300sqm of terraced decking this is the ultimate relaxing get away.

Dragushinovo Villa:-
Set in the small village of Dragushinovo this 2 hundred year old cottage has been completely refurbished in 2008 with a very high spec. 200sqm of accommodation and 1000sqm of land. The house is 10mins from the current gondola. The village is 1000m from Samokov with its bars and restaurants. The village also has a number of shops and our Chalet Hotel is only 4 minutes walk from this Villa with its bars and children's games room.

The property has been refurbished to a high specification with Electric gates, lounge, kitchen, dining area with games consul and plasma screen, central heating, 2 large boutique styled double bedrooms one with en-suite, 2 large twin bedrooms, shower room and a large bespoke styled bathroom with large walk in shower and whirlpool bath. There are two double sofa beds making the maximum capacity to 12 people. The property has cable t.v in every room, internet access either by the Chalets Computer or with your own laptop via the Wi-Fi Connection. There is also Snowboard and Ski Storage area.

Dragushinovo Boutique Chalet Hotel
Built in 2008 the brand new large Chalet with 650sqm of accommodation over 3 floors has been purposely design to cater for individuals, groups and families up to 26 people. There are a number of different wings and corridors to provide personal space for different groups with their own locking front doors.

There are also 2 family suites with interconnecting doors to give personal space to children and parents. Every room has been furnished to a high standard and Interior Designed by Dutch Interior Design Lynne Van Wyngarden. With Luxurious furnishing to make you feel relaxed comfortable on your stay with us. Every attention to detail has taken to provide you a amazing service what every activity you are undertaking. In every room you will have cable TV, Wi-Fi Internet, Mini Bar, Towels and Robes.

The property has its own team of highly skilled professional service staff to cater for your every need, chambermaids and in house chef to provide to your every need.
On the first floor there is a games room to keep the younger and older generation amused, 2 dining areas, lounge and lobby bar. On the 3rd floor there is 100sqm roof terrace and hot tub.

There is 1200sqm of Walled grounds with view over 3 mountain ranges. In the summer there is a outside bar and swimming pool. From this base we provide a number of activities in the summer for both children and adults. In the winter the ski bus to the slopes together with the internationally qualified instructors dedicated to this Chalet to develop you forward whatever your level or discipline.

We are the only English Ski and Snowboard school in the area that provides qualified professional instructors we teach in groups from 1-6 people and that are our maximum group size. We give time and attention to our customers and are renowned for helping children and less confident people.
