Aegean Sun Lesvos Hotel
The Aegean Sun Hotel is located at the beach of Agios Isidoros, a few hundred meters near the city of Plomari. It is only 50m away from the beach, 41km from the city of Mytilene and the port and 45km from the airport. The village of Plomari provides a big variety of cafes, clubs, restaurants and tavernas. It also has a big market where you can find traditional products of Lesvos Island.
The town of Plomari and the small hamlet of Agios Isidoros lie within 1km of each other on the South Coast of Lesvos. Plomari is not only the second largest town on the island, the first being the capital of Mytilini, but is also known as the Ouzo capital of Lesvos. The new town was built in 1842, after the pirates' attacks and when the inhabitants decide to leave Megalochori and live by the seaside. As years passed by, Plomari became the capital of the county. It is a port of great importance with noticeable commercial traffic, cultural life, beautiful beaches and sightseeing that makes it a great summer resort.
The hotel features 91 fully air-conditioned rooms in traditionally-built villas, elegantly furnished and equipped with TV, direct dial telephone, music and panoramic view over the Aegean sea. A deluxe establishment with modern facilities and installations, the Aegean Sun Hotel boasts a restaurant serving delicious Greek and international dishes, a night-bar, 2 swimming pools, comfortable lounges and air-conditioned areas.
We provide 91 air-conditioned rooms in traditionally built villas, with balcony or terrace, and sea or Mountain View, satellite TV, refrigerator, telephone and hairdryer. We also have support for people with accessibility problems. We have two swimming pools with umbrellas and seabeds.
