The Spirit of Life Centre

We are a retreat and holistic holiday centre on the beautiful Southern Greek mainland. We provide a serene natural environment in which you can relax and unwind.
We offer holistic workshops, pilgrimages and retreats with different themes including yoga , healer retreats and our exclusive dream healing pilgrimage.
Our holistic holidays aim to provide a course within a holiday environment. On our holistic holidays you can enjoy traditional holiday activities such as sunbathing, swimming and enjoying the wonderful Greek tavernas for an evening meal. Accommodation is at the centre with easy access to the sea and the local coastal and mountain villages. Lunch and some evening meals are provided at the centre.

Our retreats are a wonderful opportunity for you to find that inner peace and quiet you need. On our retreats, the emphasis is on rest and relaxation with space and time for meditation, some healing or other therapy and perhaps some gentle conversation with others on retreat. Our dream healing pilgrimage combines a pilgrimage to the ancient Greek healing sites with a retreat at The Spirit of Life Centre. The pilgrimage follows the traditions of Asklepius, the Greek god of healing. After staying at the centre for a few days, learning about and experiencing our own dream healing, we set off on a modern day pilgrimage to visit several ancient Asklepial sites such as Corinth and Epidavros as well as some inspirational Byzantine holy sites. Our meals have been praised by all who visit us. Kyriacos was an experienced restaurateur who run a celebrated Greek restaurant in Bristol and is an experienced organic and vegetarian cook. Have a look at our food page for more details.
