Just 30m from the sea and about 100m from Vigla Beach, at Varia, a magic and quiet suburb of the municipality of Mitilene.

2.5 km outside the commercial centre of the city, where someone can see along the coast line board walk of mansions popular entertainment clubs, pubs, tavernas, etc with high quality services.

All studios (25-37sq.m.) up to 5 beds each with kitchenette and the rooms of the hotel complex Heliotrope have balcony over looking the sea, air-conditioning, colour TV 20inches (with satellite and video reception), pay TV, mini bar, central heating, direct dial-phone (with Internet/Fax facilities), safe box, credit smart card, music, hairdryer, WC with Bath or shower, certain rooms with connecting door.
