Bed & Breakfast in a private home near the beach. Nice big bedroom, including a double bed and a private bathroom, one single bed is available upon demand.

Our place is situated in a nice and quiet area.

Service included:

Bed linen provided, Car Park, Housekeeping once per week, Full English Breakfast. Also available is a private refrigerator in the room.

Airport transport upon demand

5 minutes walk to the nearby small beach, and 20 minutes walk on the road side to the main beach of the Playa de San Juan, or 50 minutes walk around the rocks which also joins the main beach of the Playa de San Juan.

The views from the rocks overlooking the sea are breath taking.

The Playa de San Juan is offering a full range of Spanish Restaurants and Tapas Bars with a very good service.

Easy access to Public transports which takes you straight to Alicante town which is about 6 km from the Playa de San Juan for shopping, side seeing or nice dinner/tapas outings in the evenings.

If you do not want to stop playing Golf, Bridge or tennis while on vacation, we have all this facilities in the area.

We speak German, English, French and Spanish.

We can also provide transport upon request and availability.

Our price is 15 Euros per person per day from 1 to maximum 3 persons.
