Having just opened in August 2007, we are a small bed and breakfast catering for those who want a quiet and peaceful break away from the hustle and bustle of normal life.

Our rooms have all the facilities you would expect for a luxury stay, crisp cotton sheets, warm blankets and bedspreads, hospitality trays and lcd televisions.

In our bathrooms you will find a range of Arran Aromatics and luxurious soft towels.
Breakfasts times are between 7 30am and 9am, but can be arranged to suit yourself, so you can take your time and relax into the local pace of life.

Whether it's a full Scottish Breakfast to set you up for the day or something lighter, we have an extensive menu to choose from, such as smoked salmon and scrambled eggs or apple pancakes and maple syrup, all our breakfast dishes are sourced locally and our eggs are free range.

We are only four miles from the A74(M) and the A75, so are ideally placed for all of Dumfries and Galloway attractions such as golf. With more than twenty golf courses in Dumfries and Galloway alone and more than one hundred in south west Scotland. Ranging from coastal links to parkland courses. You can try mountain biking with three of the 7stanes being close by.

Gretna Green and its famous marriage rooms are four miles away, Close by is the Gretna Foodhall where you can watch cookery demonstrations using local produce and a range of shops selling gifts to take home. We must not forget the designer outlet centre at Gretna if you feel you need a little retail therapy.
