White Cottage Bed and Breakfast is located in the tranquil waterside setting of North Kessock overlooking the Beauly Firth. We are only 5 minutes from Inverness City Centre therefore it is the ideal location for anyone who wants to explore the Capital of the Highlands.

All our rooms are newly built to the highest standards of comfort and safety. Choose between three double rooms and one twin, all no-smoking. All rooms include en-suite, TV, CD player and tea/coffee making facilities.

You can expect a warm welcome when you arrive at White Cottage. Whether from our Tea Room, your bedroom or just stepping outside for a stroll, you will have outstanding views over the Firth, where you may see our resident 'wild' dolphins.

Bottlenose Dolphins are often seen outside the White Cottage B&B.

From Perth follow the A9 to Inverness. When you approach Inverness stay on the A9 and cross the Kessock bridge. Take the next junction and follow the road straight down in to North Kessock. We are situated just after the spar shop.

Fancy a snack or a 3 course meal? Choose from our extensive menu with great daily special dishes to get your mouth watering. We also have freshly baked cakes and scones that can be accompanied by a fine selection of coffees, teas or soft drinks.
