Fern Villa Cottages at Ballachulish - PH49 4JE

Purpose built in 2000 these cottages are situated in the village of Ballachulish and overlook the village shinty pitch. We are just one mile from the bottom of the Pass of Glencoe and fifteen miles south of Fort William.

The cottages are set up ideally for four people but, for a family situation the sofa in the lounge can be converted quickly into a full size double bed.

Ballachulish is conveniently placed for all activities associated with the great outdoors, whether that be walking, climbing, skiing, cycling, fishing, touring or even just relaxing in the beautiful West Highlands of Scotland. Of course, landscape photography is a popular pursuit in the area also.

The cottages each have two bedrooms on the upper floor and each bedroom has two single size beds. On the upper floor also is the fully fitted bathroom with shower unit over the bath. On the ground floor the open plan area (7mx5m) has the lounge area looking out through patio windows over the village shinty pitch. The dining area has a table round which siz people can sit comfortably. The kitchen area is fitted with coooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, refrigerator and washer/tumble drier.

Bedlinen, heating and electricity used are included in the price.

There is ample parking facilities.

In the entrance porch a dehumidifier deals with damp outdoor clothes and equipment.

Within 150 metres there is a Coop store that has most food items that you may require and it is open from 07:00am to 22:00pm. At a similar distance is the local pub and at Glencoe there is a SPAR shop and other restaurants.
