Keith is ideally situated in the heart of Whisky country and is home to the famous Strathisla distillery, the oldest legally operating distillery in the Highlands.
The property, set in its own grounds on the banks of the River Isla, was built as a private residence by a successful businessman in 1869. Amongst the many forms Earlsmount has taken over the years, it will be remembered for being a base for the recuperation of injured soldiers during the 1st World War.
A multitude of tours and trails are available nearby whether you like walking, cycling, riding, drinking or visiting castles.
Perfectly situated to explore the beautiful North East coastline with its mix of sandy beaches and rugged cliffs or to research your family history, Earlsmount and the people of Keith will be waiting to give you a very warm welcome.
