Burnfoot House is a small family run bed and breakfast situated on A738 (just off A78). Overlooks Ardrossan Harbour and Marina and has an uninterrupted view over the Firth of Clyde to the Isle of Arran
We have two double rooms,( each with an additional single bed), and one twin room.
The two double rooms at the front offer beautiful views to Arran. Watch the unbelievable sunsets, each evening a different spectacle. The twin room has a peaceful rear garden view.
A full Scottish Breakfast is served.

Convenient for Ardrossan Ferry terminal for those travelling on to Isle of Arran and also for Prestwick Airport and the Seacat service from Troon to Ireland. We can easily organise airport and ferry transfers for you.
For those who enjoy sailing we are within easy reach of Ardrossan, Largs and Troon marinas and for golfers there is an abundance of golf courses nearby including Royal Troon which is a 20 minute drive away
For those interested in horseracing, Ayr Racecourse is a 30 minute drive away
We are within easy commuting distance of the multi cultural city of Glasgow where you will find excellent shopping, museums and other cultural centres and a fantastic array of eating places. If you wish to travel by train then Ardrossan station is within easy reach.
Other attractions nearby include Culzean Castle, Burns Cottage and Heritage Centre, shopping towns of Ayr and Kilmarnock.
Take the Caledonian MacBrayne ferry from Ardrossan and enjoy the sail across to Brodick on the Isle of Arran (said to be Scotland in miniature).
