A one minute stroll from the beach, about five minutes to town and ten minutes to Royal Troon Golf Club and municipal courses. The ideal spot!

and is run by Madeline Stevenson.
The house was built in the 1860's and is a very comfortable, traditional family home, situated minutes from the beach.
Just step out on to Victoria Drive, cross South Beach and you're on the promenade and cycle path. Enjoy beautiful views of Arran, Ailsa Craig and the Heads of Ayr.
Take a leisurely walk to the town or towards Royal Troon Golf Course.
Troon Tennis Club with six all-weather courts is next door. Visitors membership is available.
Within a matter of minutes , you can walk to any of the Troon golf courses.
Troon Railway Station is five minutes walk away. From here there is a regular service to Prestwick Airport (5 minutes), Glasgow (approx. 40mins) and Ayr (15mins).
The house is also conveniently situated for the P&O terminal for Larne, Northern Ireland.
There are many good shops and restaurants within ten minutes walk from the house.
A designated parking area is available in Victoria Drive.
A twin room is available on the ground floor. This is an en-suite room and we call it the green room. The window of this room overlooks the tennis courts.
Another twin room is available upstairs and this room is decorated in Charles Rennie Mackintosh style.
The window of this room overlooks the garden, facing towards the town, with St. Meddan's Church spire and clock, a focal point.
Relax in our comfortable lounge where you may get the chance to warm yourself in front of an open fire!
