Easterhill Farmhouse Bed & Breakfast is a newly refurbished property located on the edge of the beautiful Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park.

We are located only 40 minutes from the centre of Glasgow and 70 minutes from Edinburgh, making an ideal base for anyone visiting central Scotland, or wishing to continue further on into the highlands.

All of our rooms have en suites with TV, tea & coffee making facilities and hair drier. We have ample secure parking. Pets are very welcome of all types and sizes.

We even have stables provided for your horse or pony and the possibility of grazing for long stays. Also we can provide grooming for horses/ponies if you are travelling to a show or event with prior notice to arrival. Also we have a comfortable guest lounge with TV and a wood burning fire. So you can relax in the evening without being in your room all night if you so wish.

The farm itself consists of over 130 acres of grazing & woodland. and is a working farm. The main farming activity is rearing sheep although we also operate a livery stable and welsh pony schooling.

We also have an extensive ongoing Scottish wildlife conservation program, including an animal sanctuary and carbon offset forestry imitative. Currently we have a wide range of native wildlife on and around the farm. If you are interested a tour of the farm and surrounding grounds can be arranged during your stay.

We also offer a varied range of outdoor activities; further information for this can be viewed on our website. We offer individual activities to full day packages. Most of these activities need to be booked in advance so please feel free to contact us with any enquiries.

If you are planning your own outdoor adventure storage is available for your own outdoor equipment, eg canoe, kayak, mountain bike, dirt bike, quad etc.

For the keen angler we have the Kelty Burn, a tributary to the Forth river flowing through the farm, which can be fished for free. We are 5 minute walk to the river Forth itself, with very good salmon fishing which can be fished by arrangement. For trout, Lake of Menteith, Scotland's only lake is 10 minute drive away.
