A large yet intimate living room, sunny library, upstairs sitting room, and a meandering private garden are just a few of the spaces of this Colorado Springs B&B that encourage rest and revitalization.

Each private and common space is adorned with furniture and decorative art pieces collected from around the world, ranging in age from the 1840's to 1920's. Every detail has been carefully considered to gently transport you to a quieter time and inspire peaceful contemplation or a place to work for those on business travel.

The Gourmet Breakfast Service is an equally important component of your Colorado Springs vacation at The Summit House Inn. Innkeeper/owner, Carol Harper, previously a catering manager in Europe, welcomes and treasures the opportunity to present delicious and eye-pleasing repasts.

A full, gourmet breakfast is served in the formal dining room between 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. weekdays and between 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. However if your interested in a lighter meal or have special dietary needs we are happy to honor your requests. Also, if you must depart prior to the regular breakfast hours, your early departure will be made easier by a thoughtfully created meal-to-go.
