Southern Elegance is the perfect place for romantic escapes, spend your wedding night, an anniversary, birthday or any romantic occasion that you need to get away for.

All rooms have TV's DVD/CD players, refrigerators, terry cloth robes, slippers, down comforters, fresh flowers and complimentary beverages.

We serve a full country breakfast and afternoon tea with an assortment of southern desserts.

Washington is a beautiful historic city with many interesting things to do and see. We are close to most attractions, state parks and outdoor life such as fishing, boating, camping, hunting, swimming and water skiing. There is shopping and fine dining in town and in near by Athens and Augusta, however once most guests check in and make their way to our warm and welcoming library for a glass of wine they usually never make it out of town.

We also have an on-site massage therapist and we can arrange other spa services for you. Please check our web site for a list of our current specials and packages. Southern Elegance is available for private dinners, teas, luncheons, meetings, bridal showers, and other special occasions.

The whole B& B can be rented and will accommodate 10 to 12 adults however, at this time we do not have facilities to accommodate children under 10 years of age. Our house is a smoke free environment and we cannot accept pets. Pet sitting is available by special arrangements and must be mentioned at the time of your reservation.
