Three Creeks Bed & Breakfast
Opening August 1, 2008, Three Creeks B&B, just minutes off of I-75 between Grayling and Gaylord. Three Creeks is situated on over 5 beautiful acres which includes ponds and creeks offering our guests an opportunity to stroll the paths while admiring the flowers along the way.
Benches provide a chance to sit awhile and enjoy the quiet or listen to the gurgling of Bonita Springs. Wildlife abounds, so you never know what might see along the way! Perhaps you will see one the area eagles or see the wild turkeys that are regulars!
Our guest rooms are designed for comfort and relaxation with two offering French doors to the adjacent patios. The Kolka Creek room patio is private for the guests of that room.
A delicious full breakfast served every morning at 9:00am. If weather permits, you may elect to enjoy your meal on the patio.
The common area for all guests includes a wide-screen TV; fireplace; and billiard table! On Saturday nights enjoy complimentary Michigan Wine and Cheese hour. If everything goes as planned, we should have a hot tub on the back patio before our Grand Opening!
Direct access to miles of snowmobile trails from our property and we have plenty of room for parking your sleds!
We are only a few miles from both Treetops Golf Resort and Garland Golf Resort as well as being surrounded by numerous other quality, public courses.
Our central location offers fly-fishing access within minutes to both the AuSable and Manistee Rivers.

We are in close proximity to the Lake-to-Lake horse trails - ask us about boarding your horse at Three Creeks for your stay.
A paddle down the AuSable is in order for any visit to the area. Numerous canoe liveries in Grayling, just a few miles down the road.
