Each morning a full cooked breakfast is served in the dining room where you can meet other guests and then enjoy a tour of the house conducted by the host where you can get a beautiful view of the Mississippi River from the cupola.
There are various attractions available such as Mark Twain Home and Museum, The Mark Twain Cave, Molly Brown's early home, a dinner cruise on the river during tourist season, as well as different music shows and Mark Twain plays and impersonations. There is an abundance of antique shops and fine eating places available for the tourist to try some unique foods as well as traditional.
A short drive will take the tourist to Mark Twain Lake for fishing and swimming.
Hannibal is approximately a two hour drive from Lambert Air Port in St. Louis, or 30 miles from the Quincy Air Port.
