CornerStone Farm is open year round providing many activities on the farm and in the surrounding area for your vacation enjoyment.

CornerStone Farm is home to natural wildlife, as well as a real working livestock breeding farm. We have turned time back to a simpler, quieter, country way of life. We have cultivated a feel on this homestead where you will experience what it may have been like for early farmers to welcome friends and strangers into their homes to share richness and warmth during a less stressful period in time.

Rooster crows herald the beginning of a brand new day, and the farm awakes. Chores are started, and all the animals and nature come alive as life on the farm begins. Eggs are gathered for breakfast, goats are milked, and the milk is chilled and stored for meals, soap and cheese making. Any animal babies that need to be bottle-fed are taken care of quickly.

CornerStone Farm offers two guest rooms furnished with double beds and private full baths. The rooms are large enough to accommodate two twin beds if necessary. The rooms have remote control ceiling fans and are centrally air-conditioned and heated for comfort. Fresh linens and towels are provided for our guests, and rooms are cleaned every day. In the evening, soft lights are turned on, and the sheets turned down. A phone is provided upon request with a fee assessed according to usage.

A hearty, country, family-style breakfast is served every morning and features a selection of breads, fruit, pastries, juices, breakfast meats, and of course farm fresh eggs, in season. Midday and evening meals are included in specified packages. After your bountiful breakfast, you are invited to help with farm chores, or enjoy the remainder of the day exploring the farm, the countryside, or day tripping to nearby attractions. Options for guests are endless.

The wrap-around porch offers a relaxing place to catch a breeze while sitting and sipping cold lemonade or iced tea, adding that old south charm to summer days.
