Zena and Nigel welcome you to their family run Victorian guest house. Where you are assured of a relaxed and enjoyable stay.

Clifton Villa is located in the heart of Llandudno with attractions such as the promenade, pier, beaches, town shops and The Great Orme all within a 2 to 5 minute walk away. We have free off-street car parking and secure parking for motorcycles.

We have recently become licensed so why not enjoy a leisurely drink or complimentary tea or coffee and soak up the sunshine in our outdoor seating area.

Our comfortable en-suite bedrooms have controllable central heating and double glazed windows.

Tea, coffee and hot chocolate are provided, as are fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.

All our rooms have Digital television hair dryers and cd/radio alarm clocks.

We also have free unlimited wifi broadband Internet access for guests with lap top computers

We usually serve breakfast between 7.00am and 10.00am if you require an earlier or later time then let us know.

At Clifton villa we are happy to accept payment by all major credit and debit cards.

If you are planning to travel by Train or Coach we would be happy to collect you from the station and transport you here free of charge.

We have a ground floor en-suite bedroom, which has a double and single bed.

Having worked and socialised within the deaf community Zena welcomes deaf people to Clifton Villa and hopes to make their stay a relaxed and enjoyable one.
