Two tube stations within easy walking distance. it's about 5 minutes by walk to the tube station, and approximately 20 minutes to the central Beijing, where the forbidden city lies. Very convenient for the travellers.

Wal-mart & Carrefour r a few steps and 7-11 stores dot the neighborhood. You could easily buy anything you want there.

Pizza Hut, KFC and Starbucks within a 300 meter radius from it. Just in case you r fed up with the home-made meals.

We have a car and would be happy to drive you around if we have time. The public transport is very convenient around so you should be fine to any place by yourself. We are more than happy to give direction and advices.
