It is only 3min. for Negombo lagoon and 12 min. to St. Mary's church from our place. Taxis are available from centre of the Negombo town at any time to our place. You can reach Negombo beach within 12 min. from our place. Our check-in time 1.30pm and check-out time 12noon. Children under 2 years can keep in double bedroom & we provide cot if necessary. We offer 10/% discount, if you stay more than 5 days in our double bedroom & we offer 5% discount, if you stay more than 3 days in our mixed dorm. We have no curfew. smoking is available in rooms also.

We have no curfew. We’re child friendly cot available for babies & it is free of charge. We can provide a baby sitter if necessary. We charge $5/= per hour for baby sitting.
We accept pets. Smoking is available in rooms & out side.

Rates & Availability
Delicious meals are available from $8/= & above especially Sri Lankan, Indian & some other dishes are available. Menus are available. We can arrange picnic snacks & drinks if necessary. We charge 10/= from a person for picnic snacks.
We can arrange airport transports for you, if necessary. We charge $12/= per transport from a person. And also we can arrange vehicles for your tours also.

We can arrange you taxis for Negombo Town any time. And also taxis are available from Negombo town to our place at any time.
