Introduction:
A Vineyard View is located on the wine route centrally located to all wineries; most are within a few minutes drive and we are within walking distance to Caroline Cellars Winery as well as Pondview Estate Winery. A Vineyard View is new and fully air-conditioned. We are named for the lush vineyards surrounding our Victorian-Style home which is situated on a beautiful acre of land for our guests to enjoy. We are approximately four minutes drive from Historic downtown Niagara-on-the-Lake. Our location offers our guests peace and relaxation from hectic lives, yet easy access to wineries, fine dining, live theatre, shopping, cyling trails, sight-seeing, and other major cities around the Golden Horseshoe.

Rooms:
All of our rooms are very well appointed with beautiful antique furniture, and each room has its own ensuite private bathroom.

Breakfast:
Breakfast is a full gourmet breakfast that our guests always leave positive comments on. You will not go away hungry. - Please be sure to let us know if you have any special dietary restrictions.

Policies:
- No minimum stay required
- Smoking is allowed outside only
- Accommodations are not suitable for children
- Deposit is $50 per night per room
- Check-In: 1 PM; Check-Out: 11 AM

Cancellations:
- All cancellation fees waived if room is re-booked. - Less than 14 days notice before date of arrival - $25 CAD per night per room. - Less than 72 hours notice before date of arrival (or failure to arrive) - payment in full will be charged to credit card.
