Howler Monkey Resort
Howler Monkey Resort is an affordable jungle lodge offering river view lodging in air-conditioned cabins with private bathrooms that can accommodate families, couples, small groups/missionary groups/ student groups, etc.
Our amenities include dinner and breakfast served family-style. We can accommodate guest with dietary restrictions like vegetarians, gluten intolerant and lactose intolerant. Meals are made with local vegetables and tropical fruits when in season such as papayas, mango, berries, pineapples etc.
Guest may enjoy the outdoor swimming pool and jungle trail on property. Canoes may be rented to enjoy the quiet lazy river within the private Community Baboon Sanctuary.
The lodge is location in Bermudian Landing, Belize District next to the Black Howler Monkey Sanctuary better known as the Community Baboon Sanctuary. And, Philip Goldson International airport is about 35 mins away from the lodge. Conveniently located near the major tourist destinations like cave tubing, zipline, Belize Zoo, Maya sites, Lamanai, Altun Ha, Wildlife Sanctuaries etc.
Wildlife may be seen in our backyard like the black howler monkey, iguana, agouti and lots of birdlife. The lodge has been called a sanctuary within a sanctuary.
