Warren Farm Lodge is a group of farm buildings converted into a luxurious family home near Sandy in Bedfordshire on the A1M. We offer superior Bed and Breakfast accommodation. Set in specious grounds surrounded by open countryside on the edge of the lovely village of Sutton and close to the market town of Sandy.

It is surrounded by farmland, and is a quiet retreat from the busy pace of life, yet it is only 5 mins from the A1M giving fast access to Stevenage Welwyn Garden City, Bedford and Cambridge. Our aim is to create an environment where you will feel at home the moment you step through the door.

Enjoy the luxurious accommodation; relax in your room, in the lounge or on the terrace on a sunny day. It is perfect retreat after a busy day. Wander through the gardens in the summer, in winter sit by the open log fire and enjoy a cup of tea and homemade muffins. A light supper is available on request.

The rooms are on the ground floor all have their own private bathroom. The Corner Suite is a large room with large windows overlooking farmland and facing south. Enjoy the morning sun in the sitting area; relaxing in the comfortable chairs, the corner suite has direct access to one end of the terrace on the south side of the house. A table and chairs enable you to sit outside with your morning cuppa.

The Corner Suite also has direct access to the Courtyard, where you may relax in the late afternoon sun or have a drink before supper in the evening. This room can accommodate wheelchair access.

The North Suite is an ideal family suite with Twin beds in the second room.
All rooms open on to the courtyard which is a quiet oasis of calm. It is surrounded on all four sides by the house and is a pleasant place to sit and read surrounded by mature gardens.

A well-behaved dog will be welcome to accompany you by prior arrangement; an outside kennel is available if needed.

We hope to make your stay as comfortable as possible by serving a hearty English breakfast catering for any special requests where possible. There are excellent local restaurants for dinner or stay in and enjoy a light supper in front of the fire.
